Weekend and Holiday Orders

Orders placed after 9 a.m. EST on Fridays, or anytime on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Please note, there is no delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

For timely processing during weekdays, orders must be placed by 9 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Note that this cut-off time shifts to 8 a.m. EST from June 15th through September 15th due to summer schedule adjustments.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We use UPS for most shipments; therefore, we cannot ship Ground or Express to PO Boxes. Standard Flat Rate or USPS shipping is available for APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.

Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods for comparable service and value in the event of unforeseen issues to ensure timely delivery.

Specific Shipping Schedules

UPS 3Day, 2Day, and Next Day Shipping

• Orders placed before 9 a.m. EST will be scheduled to arrive within the designated time frame based on the day the order is placed. Please refer to our website for detailed arrival days for each service option.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping or FREE Shipping

These options use either UPS Ground, Surepost, or USPS and can take between 6-14 business days depending on the destination.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via UPS, ensuring each package is insured. However, shipments to certain countries like India may be restricted. Additional fees such as international duty, taxes, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Canadian Shipping

Duty, Taxes and customs fees are applicable and are charged upon delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We ensure all packages are insured; however, we are not responsible for packages stolen post-delivery. For stolen packages, customers should contact the U.S. Postal Inspection Service or local police for USPS shipments or file a claim with UPS for their deliveries.
• To prevent theft, consider alternative delivery arrangements such as shipping to your office or a trusted neighbor, or use carrier options to specify delivery instructions.

Multiple Address Shipping

To ship to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed. Setting up an account can simplify managing multiple addresses.

Special Considerations

• We observe a companywide vacation from June 24th to July 5th with limited customer service available.
• Estimated shipping rates for an average purchase: Ground ($24.99 plus), 3Day ($35.99 plus), 2Day ($ 45.99 plus), and Next Day ($ 65.99 plus).
