ALL orders ship DUTY-FREE from the USA.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: Free or flat-rate via UPS Ground, Surepost, or USPS (6-14 business days).
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout via UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air (2-3 or 1-2 business days).
- International Shipping:
- Shipped via UPS, insured (7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing).
- You’re responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees, payable upon delivery.
- Note: Some countries may have restrictions; confirm availability at checkout.
Order Processing
- Cut-Off Times: Orders placed by 9 a.m. EST (8 a.m. EST from June 15 to September 15) Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders after this ship the next business day.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after 9 a.m. EST Friday, on weekends, or holidays ship the following business day. No Saturday/Sunday delivery.
- Holiday Closures: We’re closed from December 25–January 2. Orders placed during this period ship starting January 3, with potential delays due to high volume.
Tracking Your Order
- After shipping, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Monitor your package on the carrier’s website (UPS or USPS). If tracking isn’t received within 2 business days, contact us for assistance.
Delivery Guidelines
- Signature Requirement: High-value orders may require a signature for security.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We insure shipments until delivery. Once delivered (per tracking), responsibility shifts to you. For post-delivery issues, file a claim with the carrier or local authorities. Notify us within 7 days if tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it—we’ll help with the claim.
- Incorrect Address: Verify your shipping address at checkout. We’re not liable for delays or losses due to errors.
International Shipping Details
- Customs Delays: Delivery times may extend due to customs, beyond our control. Plan ahead for time-sensitive orders.
- Restricted Countries: Some regions may be ineligible due to shipping or legal restrictions. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, reach out for options.
