At The Italian Jewelry Company, we want you to love your Italian jewelry purchase. Our straightforward exchanges and returns process ensures your satisfaction. Please review this policy to understand our terms and make your experience as seamless as possible.

Returns

  • Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return. For purchases between November 26 and December 26, returns are accepted until January 7.
  • Eligible Items: Most items can be returned, except:
    • Custom orders
    • Special orders
    • Engraved items
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Items altered or damaged beyond normal wear
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Trying on privately is fine, but visible wear or damage disqualifies returns.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You cover return shipping; we suggest an insured courier and retaining the receipt.
  • How to Return: Email [email protected] or use our support center at http://theitalianjewelrycompany.zendesk.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll reply within 24 hours on business days. Pack the item with the RA number on the package, ship to the provided address, and ensure it arrives within 14 days of RA issuance.
  • Processing Time: We inspect returns upon receipt. If approved, refunds process within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-7 days to appear.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: Start by returning the item as outlined above. Once approved, place a new order for your desired item at current pricing and availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll refund you, and you can reorder later.

Special Instructions

  • Holidays: Response times may extend during peak seasons. We’re closed December 25 to January 2; orders during this time process starting January 3.
  • International Orders: You’re responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees. Returns must comply with local regulations and ship to our designated address.
